The Seasonal Crate delivers fresh, seasonal, and rescued produce at an affordable price. We source imperfect, surplus, and overstock fruits and vegetables to reduce food waste while helping you save.

How does it work?

You choose your crate, we source the freshest rescued produce of the week, and we deliver it straight to your door on your assigned delivery day.

What comes in each crate?

Each crate includes a rotating mix of seasonal fruits and vegetables based on availability and what local suppliers have rescued that week.

Can I customize my crate?

Not yet — crates are pre‑selected to keep prices low and reduce waste.

🚚 Delivery

When will my crate arrive?

Delivery days and time windows are determined by your postal code. Enter your code on our website to see your schedule.

What if my crate is late or doesn’t arrive?

If your crate hasn’t arrived within your delivery window, contact us within 24 hours so we can investigate and assist.

🍎 Quality & Freshness

What if something in my crate is damaged or not fresh?

We stand behind our quality. If anything arrives damaged or below standard, email us within 24 hours and we’ll make it right with a credit or refund.

Do you accept returns?

No — because we work with perishable goods, we do not accept physical returns. If you can’t use an item, please compost it or share it with someone who can.

How do payments work?

Crates are billed at checkout. Refunds (when applicable) are issued to your original payment method or as store credit.

🥕 Storage & Recipes

How should I store my produce?

Most items stay fresh longest when refrigerated. Leafy greens should be kept dry and stored in airtight containers. Root vegetables prefer cool, dark spaces.
