🌱 No Returns

Because our crates contain fresh, perishable produce, we do not accept physical returns. If there’s something you can’t use, please compost it or share it with someone who can.

🍎 Freshness Guarantee

If any item in your crate arrives damaged or below our quality standards, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll make it right with a credit or refund.

📩 How to Request a Refund

Email support@seasonalcrate.ca with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the affected items

🚚 Missed Deliveries

If your crate doesn’t arrive within your scheduled delivery window, contact us within 24 hours so we can investigate and assist.
